Jon Dotts is an Associate Attorney at Dugan & Associates, focusing his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. Dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been injured, Attorney Dotts is committed to securing justice and compensation for clients affected by auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, and workplace injuries.
Before joining Dugan & Associates, Attorney Dotts worked at Frank, Gale, Bails, & Pocrass, P.C., where he developed a diverse legal background in family law, estate planning, corporate counseling, adoptions, and criminal defense. This well-rounded experience has sharpened his ability to address complex legal challenges across multiple practice areas.
Attorney Dotts also gained invaluable courtroom experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Katherine Emery and the Honorable Jesse Pettit in Washington County, PA. In this role, he honed his skills in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy while collaborating closely with the judges on a variety of cases. This hands-on exposure to judicial decision-making equips Attorney Dotts with a unique perspective to anticipate challenges and craft effective solutions for his clients.
During law school, Attorney Dotts demonstrated his passion for serving the community by volunteering with the Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic, assisting clients in matters of divorce, custody, estate planning, and bankruptcy. His competitive spirit and commitment to excellence were evident as a finalist in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition.
In his free time, Attorney Dotts enjoys giving back to the community as a little league baseball umpire, mentoring young athletes, and fostering positive engagement with the local community.
